When you or your employee CONTACT US with an accommodation request:

• You will receive a shortlist of accommodation options that meet your specific requirements of location, style, budget and amenities.
• Choose a property or narrow it down to a couple of your favorites. You may want to view the property - or ask us to book your selection immediately. We will confirm your selection and send you documentation with the details.
• Prior to check-in we are here to answer questions and provide information about the area or the property.
• On the day of check-in we are available to make sure things go smoothly and any additional needs are addressed.
• AND we are only a phone call away for the duration of the stay.

We'll let you know where to find the nearest shopping areas, restaurants, parks, golf courses, medical clinics, churches and other facilities.

At Access Corporate Accommodation Services we've worked hard to make sure all the odds and ends are in their places - dishes, towels, sheets, iron, hairdryer, toaster, corkscrew and . . . . well, just about everything.

We've made sure all the services you expect are provided - in suite laundry, high-speed internet, sound system, local phone and answering machine to name a few. And we'll do our best to accommodate your special requests.
